At Leather Sons, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and complete customer satisfaction. Because our products are handmade and often customized, we maintain the following policies regarding returns, cancellations, and chargebacks:

Returns & Exchanges:
As each item is handcrafted and often personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

To request a return for a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Approved returns must be unused and in their original packaging.

The customer will have to send the product through courier company within 7 days. We will responsible for return the amount within 7 working days after receiving and recheck the product on our store, but other terms and conditions are also met.

Note: Engraved or customized products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances unless there is a production error.

Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, your item may already be in production, and we will not be able to cancel or refund the order.

Chargebacks:
We encourage all customers to contact us directly in case of any issue. We are here to help and resolve concerns promptly.

Unauthorized chargebacks made without first contacting our customer service will be disputed with full evidence, including communication history, order confirmations, and delivery tracking.

Shopify Payments protects both the buyer and the seller, and we will always follow proper dispute resolution protocols.
